Van was brilliant. He was an honest and easy communicator when assessing our plumbing issue, and arrived on time to our house, waiting until I'd finished school drop off. He worked quietly, diligently and professionally, and was very reasonably priced. Thank you

Van was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the leaking toilet at my parents' home, where the connection runs from the toilet to the pipe in the wall leading to the outside sewer.

What I really appreciated was Van's honesty and the way he explained everything clearly. He knows his trade and gives honest advice about the products and work needed, rather than trying to sell you things you don't need. It's refreshing to deal with a plumber who genuinely seems to care about doing the job properly.

Van also reassured me that the job was done properly and told me to give him a call if there were any issues afterwards. That gave me real peace of mind and made me feel that I could genuinely trust him.

It's not easy finding reliable and honest tradespeople these days, so I'm very happy to have found a plumber I can feel confident calling again.

Thanks, Van, for your excellent work and great service! I'll definitely be keeping Housecare Plumbing Services in mind for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended! 👍🔧

We recently had Van fix quite a few plumbing issues for us. Van is excellent at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He works quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Van to anyone who needs a really good plumber.

Honest and hard working trades people, very easy to communicate with, punctual and no fuss, upfront and very reasonable pricing, I had a kitchen drain blockage that turned out a lot worse than expected, they still sorted it out on the same day. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended!

We had a burst water pipe under the concrete slab and contacted Housecare Plumbing for help. They were able to locate the leak, cut through the concrete, replace the damaged water line and reinstate the concrete afterwards.

The two plumbers were professional, hardworking and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and completed a fairly big job in around four hours. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they identified the problem and got everything repaired.

Very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. I would definitely recommend Housecare Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable plumber, especially for a difficult water leak or burst pipe. Thank you for the great work!
